We are so excited that you are choosing to come receive a treatment from us! Girlfriend (and boyfriend), we are here for you. We want your experience to be amazing so let's set you up for success. Please take a moment to review the information below so you know where we are at, how to reach your artist or healer, and what you can expect when you come in or if something unexpected comes up. Scroll all the way through for the deets.
The best way to book an appointment is click on any Book Now button and it will take you to our online scheduler.
The following policy applies to most artists. Some artists have different cancellation policies that would be discussed with you prior to you booking. For a majority of the artists and healers here, we require that you put a credit card on file to hold your appointment. This card will only be charged 75% of the price of your missed appointment if you:
a) are a no show for your appointment or
b) cancel with less than 24 hr notice due to a non-emergency/ non-illness. We do consider your kids being sick an illness since, if your child has Covid or the flu, there is a high chance you could be carrying it too. Please help us all be safe and stay healthy by canceling for illness and please be considerate of your artist or healer's time and give them 24 hour notice when you are able to so they may be able to pull a client from their waitlist to fill your empty spot.
We appreciate your consideration!
Shop Covid Policies
We base our mask policy off of what the city is mandating. Masks may or may not be required to enter the shop, but we do provide them if you are unsure and come without one.
Upon entering please proceed to the nearest sink to wash your hands or sanitize your hands with the hand sanitizer we have available to you at each station. If you are ill we ask that you call us to reschedule you instead of coming in. This must be done before your appointment time or you will be considered a no show and charged the above mentioned fee.
We welcome visitors but during this season of Covid we ask that visitors in our treatment area be limited to others that have a scheduled appointment whenever possible. This is your relaxation time but also the relaxation time of other visitors and the artists treating you will not be able to monitor or keep an eye on children so please arrange childcare for children under 12. If someone receiving a service is under 18, we ask a parent be present with them.
How to reach your artist
Every artist should have their phone number and/or their email on our booking site under their profile. They also each have their own Instagram where you can direct message them. If you have any issues contacting them directly you can contact the shop owner Sara at
Text is the fastest way to get a response from Sara as she may be with clients or family at the time. She can help facilitate whatever you need, if it's changing your appointment or resolving a complaint. Naturel is a collective and that means each artist here runs their very own small business so though Sara cannot have the final say on any matters, she can help be a voice for you if it's needed and if you are trying to reach your artist or healer and she is at the shop, she can contact them or update you on their status in case they are with a client.

Our store front entrance is facing the corner on Wardlow Rd. and Cerritos.
If you are driving East on Warlow, coming from Atlantic Blvd you will pass the Long Beach Ballet and we are on the right immediately after their parking lot.
Please do not park in the ballet academy's parking lot. They do tow. We have plentiful parking on the street. Most people can find parking on Wardlow in front of the shop or ballet but parking is allowed in the neighborhood on Cerritos Ave and Lemon Ave. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes to find parking on the weekend mornings when the ballet studio is open. All other times, parking is relatively easy to find.
